Dr. Mark Dever serves as the senior pastor of Capitol Hill Baptist Church in Washington, D.C. He is the executive director of 9Marks and has taught at a number of seminaries. Dr. Dever has also authored several books and articles, including Crossway’s The Deliberate Church, 9Marks of a Healthy Church, Promises Made: The Message of the Old Testament, and Promises Kept: The Message of the New Testament. He and his wife, Connie, live and minister with their son, Nathan, on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C.
